Hi InTheTimes.com Girls!
I'm currently listening to the single "Just Live" by Kathleen Carnali from her self-titled album !
My fav lyrics? "Just be prepared to live / Like you've never lived before"
The Christian lifestyle is everything but boring! Living life conscience of the presence of Jesus Christ, truly is an adventure! (see Matthew 28:18-20) Because we can no longer 'simply walk around life' blind to all that is truly going on. (see Ephesians 6:10-18)
Living a life submitted to the LORD, gives one a new responsibility, to live with what I like to call a "divine purpose". With this, comes ups and downs just like if you didn't choose to follow the LORD, many times even more so. (see John 16:33) But, through it all comes what I like to call "divine tranquility"--which is just another way of saying that you have 'a peace that surpasses all understanding' ! (see Philippians 4:4-7)
Soooo, like Kathleen declares in the song "Just Live", "just be prepared to live, like you've never lived before" when you choose Christ! =)

Caroline Williams Interview
Thursday, October 1st, 2009 at 10:15 PM by Ruth Tynes / Online Editor / InTheTimes.com
ITT:When did your love of music start?
Caroline: I have always loved music, but when I completed my first Dance Recital at age 3, I walked out of the theater and said, "I just love the stage!" I think that is when my real love of music and dance began.
ITT:When / how did you decide that you wanted to sing / dance professionally?
Caroline: It wasn’t until I was 9 years old and performing in the Music City Holiday Spectacular at Opryland in Nashville, that I realized that I really wanted to sing and dance as a career. I love performing with pureNRG and I hope to perform on Broadway one day.
ITT:Do you play any instruments? Is there an instrument in particular that you'd like to learn to play?
Caroline: I started playing the Violin, then switched to the Viola. I don't have much time to practice anymore and I am not taking lessons right now, but I would like to continue to play the Viola. I would also like to learn to play the Piano.
ITT:Any advice / encouragement for the InTheTimes.com girls who desire to be a professional Singer or Dancer like yourself?
Caroline: Get out there and do it. The more opportunities that you have to perform, the better you will become. Take lots of lessons from lots of different people--you can always learn something new. Then practice what you have learned by performing in front of an audience when you can.
ITT:Above all, what is the goal of your music / concerts?
Caroline: Our goal as a group, is to spread God's name and message of love. Also to give kids positive, upbeat music and lyrics to listen to. I think that it is important for kids to know that it is okay to believe in God and that they shouldn’t be afraid to let others know about their belief in Him.

Joy Williams "By Surprise" / Editor's Currently Listening To
Wednesday, September 30th, 2009 at 12:00 AM by Ruth Tynes / Online Editor / InTheTimes.com
Hi InTheTimes.com Girls!
I'm currently listening to the single "By Surprise" by Joy Williams from the album of the same name.
My fav lyrics? It's hard because this is such a great song! "I love the life that I lead / But it's no obsession / Because I'm waiting, anticipating / Watching for Your return / You'll come and get me / You know I'm ready / Enjoyed my stay, but You'll take me away / Like a thief in the night"
The Bible is super-duper clear, Jesus is coming to Earth again! (see Revelation 22:7-21) When we love the LORD and therefore fight our own sinful nature daily, to obey God, this--His Return--is the 'Good News' of the Gospel ! (see Galatians 5:16-26)
Life on Earth is filled with good times and bad times, but through it all, stay 'on watch', remembering the beautiful fact that the LORD's coming is always closer with each passing day!
