ITT:Touring...recording...writing...family & friend time...you time...how do you balance having a "quiet time" with God? You know, Bible study, prayer, just hanging with Him. What are some disciplines that have really helped you keep God as the focus of your life that you'd like to share with the InTheTimes.com girls?
Lauren: In the day-to-day run of life, it's easy for quiet times and devotions to just not happen. You have to make it a priority.
We [Barlow Girl] have to deliberately set aside time each day for quiet time, because if we didn't, it would be impossible to get up on stage every night and talk about having a relationship with God.
Every day my sisters and I have individual quiet times as well as a family prayer time. You have to make quiet time with God more important than anything.

ITT:What's something really cool that God has been teaching you recently in life?
Rosanna: God is revealing to me how hungry this world really is for Him, even though most people don’t know what they’re hungry for.
When I’m presented with an opportunity to witness lately, I’ve been taking bolder steps to follow through. But I have to proceed only as the Holy Spirit leads, because I don’t want to get ahead of Him or I could get myself into an awkward situation.
I may be the only 'Jesus' that someone meets, so I want to represent Him the best way I can. I am an ambassador for Christ, if I misrepresent Him, I’d better change my ways or change my name.

What are some disciplines that have really helped you keep God as the focus of your life that you'd like to share with the InTheTimes.com girls?
Ginger: It really is a juggling act sometimes! Especially in the summer when we tour and are on the road for 10 weeks at a time! But we get to travel with our
kids, so it's great having all of the family time.
The best thing that has helped me stay consistent in my walk with Christ, is a habit I started in my early teen years. I get up early enough every day to have my quiet time before my day gets crazy.
I have always found this to be the best time for me to focus and get my day started right. If I get busy and skip my devotional time, my day just seems to fall apart and I have a hard time finding time later in my day.
I also have learned to just sort of pray all day. I have a lot of conversations with God in my car, on airplanes, and standing in line at the grocery store. Anytime is a good time to pray!

Janna: I try and have my devotion / prayer time in the morning before the day gets hectic. As with anything, you have to make it a priority.

Shannen: Something really cool that God is teaching me is to simply BELIEVE IN HIM. Believe everything His Word says...not just part. When Christ is put first, nothing is impossible!
