4 More Things to Know about Exfoliating...

+ In addition to exfoliating body scrubs, there are a variety of exfoliating tools--such as Body Brushes and Loofah products. They are available in many sizes and textures, designed for each target area.

+ Exfoliating target areas are: face, neck, elbows, back, knees, and feet.

+ Although we want target areas to smooth out quickly, like anything else, it takes time for visible results. So remember not to scrub too hard or brisk, which damages our skin capillaries, which in turn, causes blotches and even more skin problems.

+ Make sure to clean / rinse your tools well and allow a proper space / time for them to air dry. Leftover dry skin and elements in the air cause bacteria to form quickly. Replace these tools often.
