A: It depends on the format of the service / event.
If you are hosting a traditional classroom-style Bible Study, encourage the girls to. That way they can highlight verses / take notes in their own personal Bible for future reference. It's a little less practical during a service format with a speaker. Typically there is an inadequate amount of time to find the verse without tuning out what is being said about the verse.
