The Church Bulletin - Girls Ministry Promotion

In most Churches, the "Church Bulletin" (or newsletter) is the main form of communication with the Congregation Members.

So, the Girls Youth Ministry definitely needs to have a weekly (or monthly, however often your Church Bulletin is published) presence.

This is also how you are going to initially connect with new people / families in the Church.

Must-have's are:
* Contact Information (web site, e-mail, phone number, Pastor / Leadership names and positions, etc.)

* Regular Service Times, Location, etc.

* Teaching / Series Topics, Guest Speakers, etc.

* Upcoming Special Event Details (get back to the basics, always remember to include "who, what, when, where, why, and how")
