Who should be in charge of the Girls Ministry ?

A “Girls Ministry Director” should be appointed. The Girls Ministry Director acts as the main administrator and organizer of the Church Girls Ministry, as to free up the main Youth Pastor.

The Girls Ministry Director regularly reports to and is directly accountable to the main Youth Pastor regarding the happenings of the Church Girls Ministry.

The main Youth Pastor in turn, keeps the Senior Pastor informed of what is going on regarding the Church Girls Ministry.
