RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, STORE CREDIT:
Because of the nature of ITT girl couture products (ie - hair accessories) we do not offer any of the above. All Orders are shipped in high quality packing materials and each item is inspected for any damages before being shipped. If for some reason your package is delievered to you damaged, please take a photo(s) of the damaged item(s) and e-mail it to us, along with a detailed description reporting the damage within 24-48 hours of receipt. ITT girl couture is not responsible for any damaged products that you might purchase from an outside party (ie - independent resellers).
